Sign in with Google

If you sign in or create a PodReach account with Google, PodReach receives basic identity information you authorize — email, given and family name or basic profile name needed for authentication, and a Google account identifier — to authenticate you, create or identify your PodReach account, and link a Google identity to an existing account when the verified email matches. Authentication and session identity are managed through Amazon Cognito. Signing in with Google does not grant access to Google Calendar, YouTube, Gmail, Google Drive, or unrelated Google account data. Calendar and YouTube remain separate connections.

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

PodReach uses Google user data only to provide connected Google features you enable: Calendar booking sync, Gmail/email functionality through the email integration, and YouTube publishing to your own channel. Google user data is not used for advertising, marketing, or unrelated analytics.

YouTube

When you connect YouTube, PodReach requests only these scopes to publish videos you schedule to your own channel:

youtube.upload is used to upload the video and optional thumbnail, set the title, description, tags, visibility, and Made for Kids declaration you choose, and youtube.readonly is used to read the connected channel ID and title. Refresh tokens are encrypted with AWS KMS. Disconnect in Automations → Connections deletes local credentials and does not call Google’s revoke endpoint; also revoke at Google Account permissions. Account deletion also removes stored YouTube credentials.

TikTok

When you connect TikTok, PodReach requests:

video.publish

Used to identify your account and to publish video you schedule through the TikTok Content Posting API, including an optional JPEG cover you generate or attach. Privacy is selected from the options TikTok returns via creator_info for that account; PodReach does not default to public. Account deletion also removes stored TikTok credentials.

When you connect X, PodReach requests:

tweet.write
users.read
offline.access

Used to identify your account and to publish text posts you schedule. Existing posts and timelines are not retrieved.
