About

Conversations were never the hard part

PodReach exists because the most valuable thing a B2B podcast produces — a relationship with someone who would not otherwise have taken the meeting — was the one thing no tool in the podcast stack was keeping track of.

Everything else was solved. Recording was solved. Hosting was solved. The relationship was somebody's memory.

What we kept seeing

Teams running genuinely good shows, with genuinely good guests, and no idea what happened to any of those guests afterwards. The episode published, the thank-you went out, and a relationship that took four weeks of work to create was allowed to lapse.

Not through negligence. The sourcing lived in a spreadsheet, the invitation in a LinkedIn inbox, the booking in email, the recording in a meeting tool, the edit in a video app, and the follow-up nowhere at all. Six tools, none of which had an opinion about the person.

The position we took

That a B2B podcast is relationship infrastructure rather than a content channel. The audience matters and compounds slowly; the conversations matter immediately. Software for this should be organised around the person, not the episode.

So the unit in PodReach is the contact. Discovery, outreach, booking, recording, content and follow-up all write to the same record, and the record outlives the episode.

What we deliberately will not do

We will not build a high-volume cold sequencer. The moment a podcast invitation becomes a blast, the mechanism that made it work is gone.

We will not let AI silently rewrite what your workspace believes about your business — inferences arrive as proposals you review. And we will not automate the wording of a message to a specific human being, because that is the part that has to be real.

  • No cold-blast sequencing dressed up as podcast outreach
  • No AI overwriting canonical business knowledge without review
  • No autonomous sending — messages leave from accounts you connect

Where the product is

The full lifecycle is live: guest pipeline, outreach from connected LinkedIn and email accounts, booking with calendar sync, the browser recording room, the content and clips workflow, the CRM and the automation layer around them.

The argument is easier to judge with a workspace open.
