Email reaches a person. info@podreach.app is the address for product questions, account and billing issues, privacy and data requests, and partnerships — there is no ticket queue in front of it.
What to include
For an account or billing problem, the email address on the workspace is enough to find you. For something going wrong in the product, what you were doing and what happened instead saves a round trip.
For data and privacy requests — access, deletion, Google data — the privacy policy sets out what we hold and what you can ask for, and requests go to the same address.

Things that are faster than email
Plan allowances and what each package includes are on the pricing page. Data controls for Google Calendar and Google email access have their own pages with the exact scopes and how to revoke them.
If you have not created a workspace yet and the question is "would this work for us", the product walkthrough answers more of it than a reply from us will.
