Getting started, connecting accounts, understanding what data PodReach uses, and reaching a human when something is actually broken.
Getting started
A new workspace walks you through setup, and the fastest first result is usually importing a guest list you already have and connecting one sending account.
You do not need to configure the whole lifecycle before anything works. Each stage is useful on its own.
Connected accounts
Outreach sends from LinkedIn and email accounts you connect to the workspace. Booking syncs to Google Calendar when that access is granted. Social publishing can use YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and a workspace RSS feed. Connections are managed inside the workspace and can be disconnected there.
Data and privacy controls
Pages document Google Calendar, Gmail/email AI, YouTube publishing, and other connected destinations: what is accessed and how to disconnect. The privacy policy and cookie policy cover the rest, including access and deletion requests.
When something is wrong
Email info@podreach.app with what you were doing and what happened. It reaches a person rather than a queue.
Still deciding?
The walkthrough covers most of what people email to ask before signing up.
