Frequently asked questions
The questions that come up before teams commit to running their show out of one workspace — what PodReach covers, what it costs, and what happens to the data you connect.
What PodReach is
PodReach is one workspace for the whole conversation lifecycle: finding guests worth talking to, getting them booked, recording, and turning the episode into content and follow-up that goes somewhere.
The point is that the record updates as a side effect of the work. Nobody maintains a tracker in parallel.
Getting going
A workspace is useful from the first stage you turn on. Importing a guest list you already have and connecting one sending account is usually the fastest route to a first result.
You do not have to configure the full lifecycle before anything works.
Your data
Connected accounts are managed inside the workspace and can be disconnected there at any time. The help centre sets out exactly what each integration accesses and how to revoke it.
FAQ
Is PodReach a CRM?
It has a CRM in it, but a sales CRM models a deal and a podcast workspace models a relationship. Guests move through invite, booking, recording and follow-up, and the record carries the conversation rather than a pipeline value.
Do I need a podcast already?
No. Teams start a show on PodReach as often as they migrate one onto it. The guest pipeline is useful before the first episode exists, because finding and booking people is the part that takes longest.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Accounts start free with a 14-day trial and no card required. There is also a live sandbox on the homepage that runs the real product on a worked example, if you would rather look before signing up.
Does outreach send from my own accounts?
Yes. Invites and follow-ups send from the LinkedIn and email accounts you connect, so replies land in your inbox and the sender is a person rather than a platform address.
What happens to the data I connect?
It is used to run the workflow you turned on and nothing else. Each integration has a page describing the access involved and how to disconnect it, and connections can be revoked from inside the workspace at any time.
Can I bring my team in?
Yes. The workspace is built around a team seeing the same record — the common failure it replaces is relationship context living in five heads and a shared inbox.
What if I need help with something specific?
The help centre covers setup, connected accounts and data controls. Anything it does not answer goes to a person — contact options are on the contact page.
Still deciding?
The sandbox on the homepage runs the real product — no account needed.
