The platform
One relationship, end to end
PodReach is one workspace for the whole life of a podcast relationship — finding someone worth talking to, getting the invitation answered, booking the date, recording the conversation, turning it into content, and staying in touch long after it publishes.
Most teams run those six jobs in six tools. The cost is not the subscriptions. It is that context stops travelling between them.
The handoffs are where shows break
A guest gets sourced in a spreadsheet, invited from a LinkedIn inbox, booked over email, recorded in a meeting tool, edited somewhere else, and then forgotten — because no tool in that chain owns the relationship. Each step works. The seams between them do not.
PodReach keeps one record per person, and every stage writes to it. The invitation that got answered, the date that was agreed, the recording that came out of it, the clip that travelled, the follow-up that is due — all of it hangs off the same contact instead of being rebuilt from memory each time.
- One guest record from first search to the follow-up months later
- No re-entry between outreach, booking, recording and CRM
- Stage, owner and next action visible without asking anyone
Six stages, one continuous record
Discovery finds people who fit. Outreach asks them, from your connected LinkedIn or email account, in your own words. Booking turns a yes into a confirmed calendar entry with prep attached. Recording runs the session in the browser. Content cuts the episode into things worth publishing. CRM holds everything afterwards and tells you what is owed to whom.
You can start at any stage. Teams who already have a booked guest list usually start at booking or recording and work backwards into outreach once the operational load drops.
What PodReach is not
It is not a replacement for an enterprise sales CRM that runs every revenue pipeline in the business. It is not a high-volume cold sequencer with a podcast skin. It is not a hosting network.
It is the operational layer for teams whose growth depends on conversations they have to earn — and it is deliberately narrow about that.
Start with the stage that hurts most
A free workspace gives you the whole lifecycle. Most teams begin with whichever handoff is currently costing them a guest.
