AI

AI that knows your workspace

AI in PodReach is grounded in your workspace rather than in general knowledge: Dexter runs guided actions inside the product, workspace knowledge holds your verified facts and positioning, and Brain Simulation ranks clips before you publish them.

A model that does not know who you are, who you sell to, or what you have already said is not an assistant. It is autocomplete with a personality.

What the workspace knows about you

Workspace knowledge holds structured facts about the business — who you serve, how you describe yourself, your ideal customer profiles, your brand assets, your strategy and the plan you are working through. Each fact carries a trust state, because "we said this on the website" and "the founder confirmed this" are not the same kind of fact.

This is what makes AI output usable. An invitation drafted against real positioning reads differently from one drafted against a prompt.

  • Facts with explicit trust states and sources
  • ICPs, brand assets, strategy and success plan
  • Used to ground drafting rather than replace your judgement

New knowledge arrives as a proposal

When the system learns something — from a transcript, from your website, from a conversation — it does not silently rewrite what the workspace believes. It raises a proposal that you review, accept or reject.

That constraint is deliberate. Canonical business knowledge that can be overwritten by an inference is knowledge you can no longer trust, and untrusted knowledge is worse than none.

Dexter and guided actions

Dexter is the assistant inside the workspace. Guided actions are the mechanism that lets it actually do multi-step work — drafting a campaign, setting up a workflow — while showing you each step rather than acting invisibly.

You can watch it work and stop it. That is the intended relationship.

The Creative Response Lab

An experimental analysis preview, labelled as such in the product. You give it creative material — a clip, an image, a script — and it analyses how that material may engage attention, salience and language-processing proxies.

It is a second opinion, not a verdict, and we would rather say that plainly than dress a preview up as a settled capability.

FAQ

Does PodReach AI learn from my transcripts automatically?

Insights drawn from transcripts and other sources are surfaced as reviewable proposals. They do not silently overwrite the canonical facts your workspace holds.

Will AI send outreach on my behalf without review?

No. Drafting is assisted, but campaigns are reviewable before they run and sending happens from accounts you connect. Fully autonomous outreach with no human review is not how the product is built.

Give the model something true to work from

Set up your workspace knowledge once and every draft afterwards starts from your actual positioning.
