Content

One conversation, many deliverables

One recorded conversation contains a dozen publishable things. The content workflow finds them, cuts them, captions them, and prepares host and guest versions — inside the workspace that already holds the episode.

The bottleneck was never recording more. It was getting the recording you already have out of the editor.

Finding the moments

AI Clips proposes the moments worth cutting from a finished episode, so the job starts from a shortlist rather than a two-hour timeline.

Alongside it, the Creative Response Lab is an experimental analysis preview: it scores creative material against attention and language-processing proxies. Treat it as a second opinion on what to cut, not a verdict — the clip that travels is often not the one anyone predicted.

Cutting without leaving

The Dreamreel editor handles the actual work — trimming, captions, layout, branding — so a clip goes from proposed to finished without a round trip through a separate video tool and a shared drive.

Guest-ready versions matter more than most teams expect. A guest who is handed a clip of themselves, captioned and correctly branded, will usually post it. A guest who is sent a two-hour MP4 will not.

Prepared, then approved

Distribution and social connections let prepared assets move toward publishing, and the automations area includes an approvals step. Nothing is designed to fire into your public channels without a human agreeing to it.

If you want the workflow to stop at ready-to-publish and hand off to whoever owns the channel, that is a supported way to run it.

FAQ

Does PodReach publish episodes automatically?

Assets are prepared inside the workspace and distribution runs through connected social accounts with an approvals step. It is not designed to publish to your channels without review.

Can guests get their own clips?

Yes — preparing a guest-facing version of a clip is part of the workflow, which is usually the cheapest distribution a B2B show has.
